As Project Manager responsible for craftsmanship, he oversees all workshop departments of the SKILLS FACTORY as well as production.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">He is no stranger to the project: Jasper was already part of the SKILLS FACTORY as a Coordinator in the past and is therefore deeply familiar with the concept, the community, and the context. His comeback brings renewed energy, structure, and an even deeper understanding of how collaborative skills can empower people.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">There is little Jasper cannot make with his hands, and even less he won\u2019t try. His passion for craftsmanship, creative drive, and big heart for people on the move continue to inspire those around him. Starting his engagement with the refugee cause in 2015, he has volunteered with grassroots organisations in the Greek islands and refugee-led organisations in Egypt. During his journey, he has developed a strong interest in exploring alternatives to traditional humanitarianism, rooted in sustainability and refugee self-reliance.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Durch die Kombination von praktischer Erfahrung vor Ort mit beruflicher T\u00e4tigkeit in den Hauptquartieren internationaler NGOs in den USA und der Schweiz bringt er eine einzigartige Mischung aus Kompetenzen in den Bereichen Projektkoordination, Teamleitung und Engagement in der Gemeinschaft mit. academics odyssey led her to The Netherlands, where she pursued another Bachelor\u2019s degree in Architecture, Urbanism, and Building Sciences at TU Delft.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\" style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Her strong passion for art, her charismatic personality and her desire to Through a work-study program, she collaborated with organisations in France\u2019s social and solidarity economy, developing community-oriented projects focused on collective well-being and environmental sustainability.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">While this training provided solid technical and organisational foundations, it also strengthened her desire to work closer to the field and gain first-hand experience.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Since 2023, she has been based in Greece, working with grassroots NGOs supporting people on the move. She contributed to community centres and the distribution of essential non-food items, helping create safe spaces for people in transit.
