The Co-Project Manager with Focus on Social Work and Administration<\/strong> holds the overall responsibility for Administration, M&E, Reporting, Representation, and leadership of the\u00a0<\/span>project.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
    • Co-lead the strategic planning, execution, coordination,<\/strong> and oversight<\/strong> of the SKILLS FACTORY activities on Samos.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
      • Provide guidance, support<\/strong>, and empowerment<\/strong> to department coordinators and facilitators.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
        • Create an environment where every person feels empowered to reach their full potential.<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>
          • Lead team meetings<\/strong> and recruit, introduce,<\/strong> and mentor<\/strong> a team of up to 4 coordinators.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
            • Oversee\u00a0the\u00a0project\u2019s\u00a0administration<\/strong>, finance\/accounting, reporting, outreach,<\/strong> and communications<\/strong> (including social media).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
              • HR responsibility<\/strong> for the coordination team of the SKILLS FACTORY, including regular check-ins\u00a0with the team on the ground.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                • Report directly to the director.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                  • Represent<\/strong> SKILLS FACTORY to external stakeholders, sponsors, and partners\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                    Requirements:<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

                    • Experience in the humanitarian field<\/b> or social work.\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/p><\/li>

                    • Previous\u00a0experience in team leadership<\/b>, with the ability to motivate, delegate, and take responsibility.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><\/li>

                    • Fluent in English.<\/b> Knowledge of other languages, especially Greek, French,\u00a0Farsi, Arabic, or German (for accounting and fundraising efforts through registration in Switzerland) are an asset.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><\/li>

                    • Experience in administration, HR, <\/b>or coordination<\/b> in a humanitarian context.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><\/li>

                    • Computer literacy and confidence with office work.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><\/li>

                    • Motivated, well-structured, precise, organised, creative, clear communicator, flexible, and reliable.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><\/li>

                    • Ability to remain calm, friendly, and solution-oriented even in stressful situations.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><\/li>

                    • Emotionally resilient\/mentally stable and able to handle challenging situations while\u00a0maintaining\u00a0healthy boundaries.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><\/li>
