One of the most important and popular departments is our garden. Here we plant and cultivate numerous local vegetables and herbs for our own kitchen.
Our gardening work includes:
- Planting, cultivating and harvesting local vegetables, fruits and herbs
- Exchange of traditional agricultural knowledge
- Learning about the natural principles of gardening, water-saving irrigation, soil care without fertilizers and natural pest control
- Basics of garden design
